We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

United Kingdom Customers:
You may request a return if:

  • You ordered the wrong size

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is faulty

International Customers (Outside the UK):
You may request a return only if:

  • The item is faulty

  • You received the wrong item

Please note: There are size guides under each product, so we encourage you to refer to them before placing your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase

❗ Customs & Duties – No Refunds

Please be aware:
We do not accept refunds due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or VAT, or if you failed to read our shipping policy regarding these charges before purchasing.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

(For UK Customers Only)
If your return is accepted and the reason is that you ordered the wrong size:

  • We’ll provide a return address

  • You must pay:

    • The shipping cost to return the item

    • The shipping cost to send the replacement item

If your return is accepted because:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item is faulty

Then:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • You’ll also receive instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item
